Rob Henderson

Rob Henderson is a very knowledgeable and accomplished healthcare soft FM consultant, with over 20 years’ experience. He is a business development and project director who has played a leading healthcare bidding role with Compass, Mitie, Initial (Interserve Group), Serco and works with Heath Facilities Scotland to advise on their future catering strategy. 

In Rob’s vast career he has managed successful bidding teams for major UK NHS soft FM providers, directed teams including bid writers; company dietitians and co-ordinated other members of support teams including HR, Finance and QHSE. 

He has project managed and directed the mobilisation of several large multi-site healthcare contracts for patient and retail catering. Working in partnership with local, national and international food and equipment suppliers he has identified ways to drive both sales and profit. He has also developed retail catering offers with new catering brands to offer full catering service solutions across the healthcare market.
