Jo Piercy

Jo has worked in managerial and transformation roles in both the public and private sector for the past 20 years and is an experienced people, project and process manager. Jo’s strong commercial skills and ability to streamline complex processes delivers successful transformation projects and savings. The last 15 years have been focused on Estates and Facilities including Sterile Services and Endoscopy Decontamination, but she has also worked on innovative business models and project managed the establishment on an NHS wholly owned subsidiary. Joanne has managed projects for the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, Steris IMS plc at Bart’s Health UK, East London NHS Foundation Trust and most recently at East Sussex Healthcare, The Hillingdon Hospitals and Northampton Group of University Hospitals.
