Anne Joint

Anne Joint is an accomplished and successful programme and project manager with over 25 years’ experience in the NHS. Her core strengths are the development and leadership of projects and their teams, working to deadlines, managing, and adhering to budgets with a reputation for delivery.  Managing multi-disciplinary teams is a key requirement of a large number of projects which often calls for her pragmatic approach.  One of the projects Anne worked on over a 2-year period was the establishment of a Urology Investigation Unit starting with the development of the business case through to managing the occupation of the new unit.  She has worked on a variety of IT projects including EPMA system implementation.
